Elizabeth Jane Hurley is an English model and actress who was a girlfriend of Hugh Grant in the 1990s. As Grant's film Four Weddings and a Funeral was a huge success, Hurley accompanied Grant to the film's Los Angeles premiere wearing a black Versace gown that featured gold safety-pins. This dress received instant public attention. One of the highlights of Hurley's professional career has been her involvement with the cosmetics firm Estee Lauder. Hurley's first job as a model was at Estee Lauder, when she was 29 years old. She has worked as a model from 1995 in their line of products, including perfumes like Sensuous Intuition or Pleasures. Most famously, she is known for her role as Vanessa Kensington, in the hit spy comedy films International Man of Mystery (2007) and Austin Powers The Spy Who Shagged Me (2000). Hurley currently models and designs an original beachwear line. Nevertheless the combination of exuberance and refined melodicism contributed to the fact that I Kissed a Girl become a number one hit across multiple countries, generating sales for her album One of the Boys (2008). Hot N Cold's sharp and bouncey second single was well-known. The album Perry composed for herself was a huge success, selling over three million copies in United States.
